AstroEmotion(이하 '서비스')은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 생각하며, '개인정보 보호법' 등 대한민국 및 국제 개인정보 보호 표준에 의거하여 이를 철저히 관리합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 수집하는 데이터와 그 활용 목적에 대한 상세한 내용을 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 목적

본 서비스는 회원가입이나 민감 정보 수집을 일절 배제한 비가입형 서비스로, 원활한 실시간 감정 동기화 가젯 제공을 위해 오직 다음의 데이터만을 수집합니다.

임의 생성 UUID (기기 식별자): 익명 상태의 유저 식별 및 우주 내 감정 별자리 위치 맵핑용 (랜덤 생성값으로 사용자 개인을 특정하거나 역추적하는 것이 불가능함).
감정 수치 및 대략적인 대도시 레벨의 위치 정보: 8방향 감정 성단 분포 비율, 국가 및 접속한 메트로폴리탄 도시명 (세부 GPS 좌표는 로컬 기기 내 연산에만 사용될 뿐 서버로 절대 전송되지 않음).
상호작용 데이터 (Interactions): 다른 유저의 감정 별로 발사한 별포인트 수량, 별자리 간의 익명 귓속말 메시지 내용 (실시간 중계 및 수신 목적의 데이터베이스 처리).

2. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기 기간

사용자의 감정 별자리 로그 및 좌표 맵핑 데이터는 은하수 데이터 시각화 보존 주기에 따라 익명화된 상태로 데이터베이스에 기록됩니다.
보안 및 서버 용량 관리를 위해, 유저 간 전송된 익명 상호작용 및 메시지 이력은 유저당 최신 50개 또는 최대 7일 간만 보관하며, 기준 초과 시 데이터베이스 시스템에서 즉각 물리적으로 완전 파기됩니다.

3. 제3자 제공 및 정보의 처리 위탁

서비스는 서비스 연동을 위한 인프라 관리 목적 외에는 이용자의 데이터를 제3자에게 임의로 제공하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 데이터 전송 및 가젯 동기화를 위하여 글로벌 클라우드 백엔드 인프라인 Supabase (PostgreSQL 및 실시간 채널) 및 호스팅 플랫폼 Vercel을 신뢰 관계 속에서 활용하며, 이동되는 모든 트래픽은 업계 표준 보안 프로토콜(HTTPS, WSS)을 거쳐 암호화됩니다.

4. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 가젯 내 설정 인터페이스를 통하여 언제든지 본인의 닉네임(Star Name)을 변경할 수 있으며, 기기 내 애플리케이션 캐시 삭제 및 어플리케이션 제거를 수행함으로써 임의 할당된 UUID를 포함한 로컬 데이터를 직접 전부 파기할 수 있습니다.

AstroEmotion (the "Service") deeply values your privacy. We strictly manage and secure data in compliance with the South Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and international privacy guidelines. This Privacy Policy details the data collected and how it is processed.

1. Collected Data and Purpose

The Service is a non-registration-based gadget designed for user anonymity. We do not require sign-up or collect sensitive data. We process only the minimum data required to synchronize real-time constellation interactions:

Randomly Generated UUID (Device Identifier): Used to distinguish anonymous connections and map stellar coordinates (this is randomly generated and cannot be used to identify or trace you).
Emotion Metrics & Approximate Location: Statistical distributions of the 8-directional emotional spectrum, country, and metropolitan-level city name (precise GPS coordinates remain on your local device and are never sent to our servers).
Interaction Data: Quantity of Star Points sent, and anonymous whisper messages exchanged between stars (processed in the database solely for real-time delivery and display).

2. Data Retention and Destruction

Anonymous stellar log and mapping data remain in the database according to the synchronization cycle of the global galaxy view.
To optimize performance and protect privacy, direct messages and interaction history are capped at the latest 50 records per user or a maximum of 7 days. Exceeded records are immediately and permanently deleted.

3. Third-Party Sharing and Data Subprocessors

We do not sell, rent, or lease your data. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL & Realtime channels) as our backend database infrastructure and Vercel for web hosting. All data is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/WSS).

4. User Rights and Controls

You can change your nickname (Star Name) anytime in the Service settings. You can delete your assigned UUID and reset all localized data by clearing your browser cache/application data or uninstalling the application.
