서비스 이용약관 (Terms of Service)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of AstroEmotion (the "Service"), a real-time emotion visualization and interaction platform. They establish a legal agreement between the user and the Service provider.

1. Purpose of the Service

AstroEmotion is a healing gadget platform that allows users to anonymously project their current emotions into stars. These stars form a real-time global galaxy, enabling users to visually share frequencies and interact with neighbors around the world.

2. Conditions of Use & Anonymity

• The Service is completely anonymous and does not require account registration or sign-in.
• The nickname ("Star Name") chosen by the user will be publicly visible to others in real-time. The use of offensive language, profanity, harassment, or commercial advertisements is strictly prohibited. Violating nicknames may be modified or restricted without prior notice.

3. Prohibited Activities & Restrictions

To ensure a safe community and protect our infrastructure, users must not engage in the following actions. Violations may result in suspension of access and potential legal consequences:

• Sending sexual harassment, verbal abuse, threats, scams, or offensive messages through the whisper feature.
• Using automation, scripts, bots, or crawlers that overload our real-time database or server infrastructure.
• Violating local laws, public order, or good morals.

4. Service Changes & Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, security patches, or infrastructure upgrades. The Service is not liable for any data loss, including expired messages or chat histories, resulting from these updates.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or emotional conflicts arising from interactions between anonymous users.
• The Service is built on third-party cloud architectures (Supabase, Vercel). We are not liable for transmission failures, latency, or database data loss caused by third-party outages or force majeure events.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising between the Service and the user shall be settled in the court of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea.
